What types of leases are available?
We offer 12 month installment leases.
What size are the beds?
All bedrooms include full sized-extra long beds and mattresses. We suggest purchasing queen bedding.
Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Electronic payments are made through the Resident Portal on our property's website, all major credit cards are accepted any applicable convenience fees are listed in the portal.
If I pay in full, do I get a discount?
Union on 24th does not offer discounts for rent paid in full. However, prepayment gives you the peace of mind knowing that your account is in good standing at all times!
How many people live there?
Union on 24th is set to accommodate 1448 residents. We can't wait to meet you!
What utilities are included in my rent?
Our rental package includes high-speed internet, pest control, and trash. We have partnered with Conservice to provide individuial utility billing for each resident's use of electric, water, and gas.
Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?
You are welcome to bring additional furniture with you, but don’t forget that we fully furnish all of our apartments. If you wish to replace some of our furniture and use yours instead, you will be responsible for finding storage for our furniture and putting the items back prior to your move out.
Do I need a guarantor?
All leases require a guarantor. If an approved guarantor cannot be obtained, Union on 24th will accept a security deposit to guarantee your lease.
What if I need to cancel my lease?
In the event you are unable to fulfill the terms of your lease you will be responsible for finding an individual to relet your space. For more information on the reletting process please contact our team for further details.
Do you allow pets?
Union on 24th is pet-friendly! Dogs and cats under 75 pounds are more than welcome at our community, no more than 2 pets are permitted per apartment home. Please check with the leasing office regarding restricted breeds and costs associated with bringing your furry friend!
When do I put down a deposit?
Any applicable deposits are due at signing, leases are not considered complete until the deposit is paid.
Is parking available?
Union on 24th offers covered garage parking for residents only. Spaces are limited and there is a monthly cost associated with parking in our garage. Please contact the office for pricing and availability.
When is my first payment due?
The first installment of lease is due on or before July 15, 2024.
Will you send me a bill each month for my rent?
You will not be invoiced for each rent installment. Rent is due on the first of each month and will be considered late if not paid by the 5th of the month.
When can I move in?

What is SMART Housing?
S.M.A.R.T. Housing, a program created by the City of Austin, aims to aid students who are receiving need-based financial aid, paying for school via student loans, or working to pay for school and living expenses independently. In essence, the City of Austin created the Safe, Mixed-Income, Accessible, Reasonably Priced, Transit-Oriented (SMART) housing program to help make rent more affordable!

How do I qualify?
Apply for SMART floor plan and email your UT Cash Page or Income Verification form to u[email protected].
Space is not secured until fully executed lease and all qualifying documents received.
When is S.M.A.R.T Housing Available?
Rates for S.M.A.R.T Housing are set by the City of Austin and sent out to the property every July. Spaces are filled on a first come first serve basis, to reserve your spot complete your lease ASAP.
